Symbodi Recovery Network

Software that turns a phone into a recovery coach. It finds the product on the wall, maps your back, tracks every session, and connects you to a clinician by video.

A phone on a small stand showing the Symbodi Recovery Network, with a muscle map over a person standing against a wall and a clinician on a video call.

The problem

Massage at home is guesswork. Nobody tells you where to press, for how long, or whether yesterday's session helped.

The limit

A phone can't feel a back, so the app has to see it. It locates reference points on the body, scales a muscle map to fit them, and tracks the product against that map.

What I did

  • Calibration: before a session, the phone finds the product on the wall.
  • A personal back map: a standard muscle model, scaled to your own reference points.
  • Session tracking: the pressure path of each session, and how you feel afterwards, three times through the day.
  • Clinicians: a session by video with a certified clinician, and a marketplace for their courses.
  • The in-store TryMe pillar, with an interactive back map beside the product.

Details to confirm.

The result

Designed and prototyped as the software layer for Vertiball, Vertiroller and Vertigun.
